Multi-Family
Residential projects in Arizona and Nevada include work with a variety
of private developers. These projects include landscape design
services for amenities, plants, irrigation and hardscape for parking
lot areas, streetscapes, landscape buffers and pedestrian open spaces
and plazas. We have successfully worked with developers to get
projects approved and create an improved environmental quality and
image within the higher building density. The following projects
successfully completed by e group® environmental design, inc.,
demonstrate the firm’s experience and ability to work with
developers and be part of architectural and engineering teams. We
provide design ideas to create a landscape that provides amenities and
appeal.

involvement in each project included design of all elements outside
the footprint of the building, for example; sidewalk design, pool
design, landscape grading design, sign wall design, site lighting
concepts as well as landscape design, irrigation design and where
applicable recreation area design and water feature design.
